For times when you can’t make it into one of our clinics, or simply want the convenience of a virtual appointment, we are here for you. The same exceptional fertility and preconception care you have come to expect from Conceive Health is now available via phone and secure online appointments. Services include, but are not limited to:

=

Virtual Preconception Care

Our signature 100-day preconception program is for those who want to grow their family, especially if they are experiencing fertility challenges. It’s also for patients who want to improve their clinical outcomes during fertility treatment, such as in vitro fertilization (IVF) or in Intrauterine Insemination (IUI). We work with you virtually to ensure that you produce the healthiest possible sperm and eggs for the future development of your baby. Learn more>

Virtual IVF Support

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is a process that involves extracting eggs and sperm and manually combining them in an IVF laboratory. The embryo(s) are then implanted in the uterus or frozen for later use. Through proper preconception care, your Conceive Health naturopath will work with you virtually to improve the quality of the sperm and egg to improve your chances of having a successful IVF cycle. Learn more>

=

Virtual IUI Support

Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) is often recommended to aspiring parents as a less invasive and less expensive treatment attempt prior to In Vitro Fertilization (IVF). The goal of IUI is to increase the number of sperm that reaches the fallopian tubes by depositing sperm directly into the uterus. While it does improve the chance of fertilization, it doesn’t alter the quality of your eggs or sperm. That’s where your Conceive Health naturopath comes in. Virtually, they will work with you alongside your reproductive medical team and prior to beginning your IUI cycle. Learn more>

Infertility Support

If you have been trying to conceive for 6-12 months or longer, or haven’t been able to carry a pregnancy to term, your doctor may investigate a diagnosis of infertility. There are multiple underlying causes and various treatment options. Studies in preconception care show that lifestyle, diet, and mental wellness play an essential role. Conceive Health works virtually alongside your medical team to support you —  from the diagnostic to treatment stages and beyond. Learn more>

=

Male Factor Infertility

Up to 50% of all infertility cases are due to male factors. Your Conceive Health naturopath can help diagnose and treat male infertility — starting with a semen analysis. In fewer than 100 days you turn over your entire sperm cohort, which means that positive changes can be seen quickly. The first step is a diagnosis and treatment plan, which can be done via virtual appointments. Learn more>

Secondary Infertility

If you are experiencing fertility challenges while trying for a second or third child, you aren’t alone. Secondary infertility occurs when conception is not achieved or pregnancy is not sustained after previously having a healthy pregnancy and birth. Your Conceive Health ND can address the underlying issues that contribute to secondary infertility and help develop a treatment plan for you — all through virtual appointments. Learn more>

=

Miscarriage Support

Anyone who has experienced a miscarriage knows that it can be devastating. In the majority of cases, pregnancy loss occurs due to a chromosomal abnormality or unknown reason. Despite that, you can improve your odds of getting and staying pregnant with the right preconception care. Whether you have suffered one or more pregnancy loss, your Conceive Health naturopath can help. Learn more>

Natural PCOS Support

Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), is a common – yet complex – a condition that can affect women of reproductive age. However, there are a number of ways to naturally treat PCOS for optimal ovulation, while improving your fertility future. Your Conceive Health team will help you manage the signs and symptoms while prescribing a comprehensive preconception program that is specific to PCOS. Learn more>

Hypothyroidism & Hyperthyroidism Support

At times, difficulty conceiving can be linked to an underlying thyroid disorder. Typically, this can involve either hypothyroidism (underactive) or hyperthyroidism (overactive). Either state can affect follicle growth, implantation, and pregnancy. An imbalanced thyroid is also linked to complications during pregnancy, ranging from miscarriage and preeclampsia, to poor fetal growth and early labour. The best course of action? Begin with a virtual thyroid check with a fertility naturopath. Learn more>

Endometriosis Support

Endometriosis involves the presence of endometrial tissue outside of the uterus. While the symptoms can be deeply uncomfortable, the condition can also contribute to infertility. Often, a diagnosis is based on a pelvic exam, symptoms, history, and an ultrasound. Conceive Health takes a whole-body approach to treating endometriosis by looking at nutrition, inflammation, liver and gut health, hormonal health, and more. Learn more>
