Advanced Fertility Testing at Conceive Health

Getting fit for fertility isn’t just about losing weight — it’s all about optimizing your body composition. Conceive Health’s 12-Week Metabolic Program is a comprehensive approach to preconception care, aiming to maximize fat loss, improve metabolic health markers, and ultimately enhance fertility outcomes. It is a specialized preconception care program designed for fertility patients who are overweight, obese, or have metabolic syndrome.

Why Is There a Need for This Program?

=

Obese individuals assigned female at birth often face compromised ovarian response during IVF, impacting both oocyte retrieval and embryo quality.

=

Obese individuals assigned female at birth often have lower implantation rates and higher miscarriage rates, resulting in decreased chances of live birth.

=

Individuals assigned female at birth with a BMI of 35 or higher experience a 25% higher rate of first-trimester loss compared to those of the same age.

To qualify for the Metabolic Program, participants must be have a BMI of 28 or higher. If you’ve been diagnosed with insulin resistance, diabetes, pre-diabetes, or metabolic syndrome, you are also eligible.

Metabolic health is about more than just muscle and fat—it significantly influences hormone balance and reproductive function. It also plays a vital role in regulating menstrual cycles, ovulation, and the likelihood of a healthy pregnancy. Conversely, conditions such as insulin resistance, obesity, and metabolic disorders can disrupt hormonal balance and interfere with reproductive processes. By prioritizing metabolic health, future parents can help increase their chances of conceiving (either naturally or via ART).
