Dr. Kathryn Yash

Dr. Kathryn Yash first learned about Naturopathic Medicine during her bachelor’s degree in Contemplative Psychology – a mental health approach that combines Buddhism with Western Psychology. Naturopathic Medicine, with its balance of western medical training and traditional approaches to care and a focus on deep listening, felt like Dr. Yash’s calling. In addition to 8 years of schooling, she is trained in a research-based weight loss program called FirstLine Therapy. She also has her Therapeutic Prescribing license and wrote 2 internationally sold study manuals to help Naturopathic students pass their NPLEX licensing exams. Dr. Yash is well known in the Naturopathic community for her herbal knowledge.

Dr. Yash personally struggled with fertility issues and miscarriages, so she knows firsthand the heart ache, deep drive to continue treatment, and can be a guide during the process and throughout pregnancy. It is for this reason she focuses her private practice on anxiety and healthy fertility and loves to use mindfulness with her patients.
