Whether you have just started treatment at TRIO Fertility, or you are on a temporary pause due to COVID-19 precautions, there is still a lot you can do during this time to improve your fertility outcomes —  beginning with preconception healthcare.

You have waited. You have tested. You may have injected. You have waited some more. And now a pandemic.

We know you are stressed and frustrated. But you’re not alone, and there is help.

That’s where our fertility naturopaths come in.

Did you know it takes approximately 100 days for eggs and sperm to develop? What you do during those days can play a major role in the health  and quality of your eggs and sperm.

As preconception experts, we can help you to make the most of this time to optimize your fertility from home — so the odds are in your favour when it’s time to resume your IVF or IUI.

Conceive Health NDs have access to your fertility chart, and work collaboratively with your TRIO MD. To support you during  this time, we have created a virtual preconception program for TRIO patients and its satellite clinics. This includes:

  • One-on-one appointments with a fertility naturopath
  • Conducted via phone or secure video conferencing
  • Follow up documents sent through email
  • Full support through your preconception journey
  • Supplements, if needed, shipped right to your doorstep
