- ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open to people 19 years of age or older (as of date of entry) who are legal residents of Canada and reside in the Province of Ontario. The officers, directors, and employees of Conceive Health and affiliated companies/clinics and all advertising, promotion and judging agencies, persons engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for this Promotion (collectively the “Promotion Parties”) and immediate family members or persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- AGREEMENT TO RULES: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. - SELECTION OF WINNERS: Conceive Health will randomly draw one (1) winner (the “Winner”) from Instagram at the conclusion of the Promotion Period from the eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
- NOTIFICATION AND RELEASE: Potential winner(s) will be notified by Conceive Health or its designated agency via direct message on Instagram and must respond within a 24-hour time period from the date and time stamp the message was sent by Conceive Health or its designated agency.
